The second year of fashion design students also experimented with shibori, a silk dyeing technique, and was delighted with the unexpected results.

Students in the class recently immersed themselves in the world of silk and tried something new. The first graders learnt about silk dyeing and explored the shibori technique as the icing on the cake. This was a new experience for them as they experimented with silk colours, something they had never done before. The classroom was buzzing with excitement as each student bravely used a vibrant colour palette and added a personal touch to their silk creations. When they discovered the Shibori technique, the students were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful results of their creative experiments.
